The Judicial branch of SGA is compromised of the Judicial Court, which decides questions regarding interpretation, legislation, and elections. Any student may file an appeal with the Court in such cases as election violations or alleged neglect of duties on the part of an elected official. Judicial Court is not connected with the University disciplinary procedures. Judicial Court also develops leadership skills by working closely with both the Senate and the Executive Branch by learning from each other and helping Texas A&M advance.
