SGA Organizations are required to follow risk management and event planning procedures, as stated in the SGA Operation Manual. While normal meetings or socials do not require additional planning, there are several types of events that do require extra planning. These events include:
- Retreats
- Atypical Socials (i.e. Skiing at Mt. Aggie)
- Conferences
- Mission-Oriented Events (i.e. TAMC's 'Faculty Fish Camp', Muster, Big Event)
- Roadtrips
- Events with minors
- Any additional activity that has a heightened level of risk
Visit Risk Management to fill out Pre Event Planning Forms. Pre-event planning meetings will need to be scheduled for 2 weeks before the event with Vicki Dobiyanski.
