The Judicial Court is one of the three branches of the Student Government Associations. We decide questions concerning interpretation, legislation, and elections. Any student may file an appeal with the Court in such cases as election violations or alleged neglect of duties on the part of an elected official. We are not, however, connected with the University disciplinary procedures. The Judicial Court also develops leadership skills by working closely with both the Senate and the Executive Branch; learning from each other and helping Texas A&M in any way we can.
